What You’ll Learn
Intrapersonal and interpersonal skills are critical components of emotional intelligence, specifically self-awareness. Today’s leadership development programs would be well served to expand their focus on the effects of intrapersonal and interpersonal skills and how these skills contribute to the success of individuals and organizations. This course will explore how behavior and emotions impact the bottom line. Participants will have the opportunity to examine the link between emotional intelligence and professional competence, increase self-awareness, and leverage the insights gained to strengthen individual and group results.
