Delivers Keynote Address
Well-known author and business thinker Tom Peters delivered
the Annual Meeting keynote address yesterday and talked about Leadership.
After congratulating the 1,322 new designees, Peters shared his insightful
knowledge of management and leadership, stressing the importance of
using creativity to excel. "The ability to be independent-minded and
technically up-to-date professionals is not important, it's imperative,"
he said, explaining that no company or individual is immune from becoming
obsolete in today's competitive business world. "If you don't like change,
you're going to like irrelevance even less."
