What: R. Bryan Tilden, CPCU, CLU, national lecturer and expert witness in the insurance field, and special guest speaker for the Minnesota workshop on June 4, Donald S. Malecki, CPCU, will discuss:
- The impact of the revised definition of mobile equipment that considers mobile equipment subject to motor vehicle statutory requirements as autos.
- The need for the Electronic Data Liability Coverage Form.
- How the new Product Withdrawal Coverage Form operates, along with the new endorsement that covers goodwill.
- The additional insured endorsements and how the definition of insured contract can be changed.
- Why the pollution exclusion has been revised.
- The new endorsements excluding Exterior Insulation and Finish systems.

What: Richard G. Rudolph, Ph.D., CPCU, risk management consultant with Seaver, Rudolph & Associates, will:
- Explain the historical and legal background of workers compensation and employer's liability coverages.
- Identify issues of covered employments, and types of injuries or illnesses covered by these policies.
- Discuss federal workers compensation and employer's liability exposures and how to provide coverage.
- Explore the details of the policy conditions and how to structure workers compensation coverages.
- Explain how to coordinate the workers compensation and employers liability policy with other liability policies.
- Discuss the rationale and mechanics of the experience modification rating process.
