Mark Popolizio

Mark Popolizio is the vice president of MSP Compliance and Policy for ISO Claims Partners. He is a nationally recognized authority in Medicare Secondary Payer (MSP) compliance. Mark practiced insurance defense litigation for ten years, concentrating in the areas of workers' compensation and general liability. Since 2006, Mark has dedicated his practice exclusively to MSP compliance, working with carriers, self-insureds, TPAs and other claims professionals in addressing MSP compliance issues.

 

 

 

 

Denise Brown, CPCU, AINS, AIC

Denise Brown is vice president and executive claims consultant for InterWest Insurance Services, LLC. Working for InterWest for the past 26 years, she has held a variety of claims-focused positions that have given her the opportunity to develop technical expertise in handling the majority of claims-related situations that InterWest clients experience. In her current position, Brown is responsible for the oversight of claims for InterWest's largest clients, including privacy insurance and data breach losses.

You can also earn CE for CPCUs credit by viewing recorded webinars though the Knowledge Center. All webinars watched in the Knowledge Center will be automatically reported for 1 credit.

Are CPCU Society webinars approved for state licensure CE?

At this time none of the webinars are approved for CE in any state.
