Compelling Conversations: Influencing Positively and Powerfully
Tuesday, May 2, 2017 2:00 pm Eastern
What it’s about:
Do you know how to ask for and get what you need in the workplace? Whether you are a leader of a dispersed sales team or a solo contributor who longs to move into your first management role, your ability to crystallize and articulate your vision, as well as understand the motivations, communication style and decision-making processes of those around you, is critical to winning over others and becoming truly successful. If you have ever struggled to communicate your point or been baffled by the communication style of a boss, staff member or customer, this webinar can help you by solving common communication puzzles.
At the conclusion of this webinar, the active participant will understand:
- How to quickly decode the motivations and desired communication style of your boss, peers, customers, project stakeholders and staff
- How to find the best ways to interact with different personality styles to build rapport, increase trust and ensure that ideas are well-received
- What to avoid when presenting ideas to each personality type so you don't inadvertently kill the deal before your idea is properly considered
