Raiders of the Lost Coverage: Insurance Jones and The Temple of Exclusions

Wednesday, October 25, 2017  2:00 pm Eastern

What it’s about:

This program examines dozens of commercial lines policy forms and endorsements that business entities should avoid if possible. It will also discuss how to distinguish between Insurance Services Office, Inc. (ISO) and non-ISO forms, why "ISO or equivalent" is not a viable contract insurance requirement, the RTFP and Where's Waldo doctrines, and two of the worst policies in the history of insurance.

At the conclusion of this webinar, the active participant will understand:

  • The importance of carefully reviewing insurance packages
  • How to determine whether policy forms are standard ISO or non-ISO and how to determine their coverage impact
  • How to minimize all parties' legal liability for failing to find and fix commercial lines coverage gaps
  • Ways to advocate for coverage strategies that best serve the interests of the insureds in keeping with the legal doctrine that the purpose of insurance is to insure

Who should attend:

All insurance professionals will benefit from this webinar.
