Clive O'Connell 

Clive is an English lawyer who has practiced in the area of complex risk transfer and reinsurance since 1982. As well as heading McCarthy Denning’s Insurance and reinsurance practice, he is also a non executive director of an ILS find manager. He was the pro bono general counsel of the International Insurance Society and a member of its board. He writes and speaks regularly on reinsurance and risk transfer subjects and has spoken frequently at CPCU events.
