As a Senior Executive for US & Latin American markets, my career has been defined by the ability to see and build upon possibilities. Where others saw problems, I saw solutions. Where others couldn’t agree, I found common ground. Where others saw dead ends, I saw opportunities.

I've always been amazed by the infinite possibilities, the discoveries, and the creations.

Why are you passionate about working in insurance and/or risk management?
What I love about working in insurance is helping individuals and organizations manage their risks. Put yourself in the consumer's role and you will be a successful risk management and insurance professional.

Tell us about something you enjoy outside of work, a cause you support, a hobby, family activity, or anything else that is important to you.
My hobbies are to play golf and basketball. I'm also a member of the Diversity and Inclusion Committee of the CPCU Society.

In your opinion, what’s the best thing about being a CPCU Society member?
The best thing about being a CPCU Society member is to keep learning new things every day. This industry is very dynamic, and you can't stop learning.
